Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced L&D Executive to join our team at AIS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering training and development programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and a strong passion for developing people.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule induction program for new joiners.
Develop a training calendar for all departments and conduct soft skill training sessions as per the plan.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Design, develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills and abilities of our employees.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they are meeting organizational objectives.
Work with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement programs that support the learning and development of our employees.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure the delivery of quality training programs.
Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement talent development programs that support succession planning and career development.
Keep up to date with best practices in learning and development to ensure the programs delivered are relevant and effective.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in conducting training needs analysis and evaluating training programs.
Knowledge of learning and development best practices and trends.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
