- Writing effective job descriptions and posting to relevant portals,Screening applicants for competancy with the job requirements,backgroubd reference checks.
- Offering job positions and completing relevant paperwork
- Staying upto date with the company s systems and software
- Sound understanding of recruiting methods , best practices and employment laws and regulations is required

Responsibilities: The role and responsibilities are :
- Managing End to end recruitment
- Talent Sourcing , shortlisting & recruiting candidates using databases , social media etc, professional networking, employee referrals
- Providing innovative sourcing strategies and executing the hiring process
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create a detailed target candidate profile
- Develop and update job description and specification
- Candidate management-candidate pipeline, widening sourcing funnel, exploring low cost sourcing channels
- Building Candidate and client coordination
- Conducting interviews using various recruitment tools to filter candidates within the schedule, assessing applicants relevant knowledge, aptitude ,experience
- Meeting hiring targets as specified by Company
- Tracking and reporting candidate status using ATS
Experience Requirements:NON - IT Recruiter with minimum 5+ Yrs exp with recruitment Consultancy or recruitment agency background
