Responsibilities: The position holder will be responsible for :
- Operational Management: You would ensure that each franchise location is running smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, client satisfaction, and employee productivity. You would collaborate with franchise owners to develop strategies, implement best practices, and address any operational challenges.
- Training and Support: You would be responsible for providing training and ongoing support to franchise owners and their staff members. This includes conducting training programs on sales techniques, recruitment strategies, and agency processes. You would also offer guidance from time to time.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: As a franchise manager, you would ensure that all franchise locations comply with legal and industry regulations and conduct periodic audits to maintain consistency, quality, and adherence to the agency's policies and procedures.
- Relationship Management: You would serve as a liaison between the agency and its franchisees, addressing their concerns, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Reporting and Analysis: You would be responsible for preparing regular reports to the franchisee head on franchise performance, financials, and operational metrics. Analysing these reports would help identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for expansion. You would also participate in meetings with Franchisee Head to discuss strategies, goals, and overall agency performance.
Experience Requirements:3 to 8 years relevant experience.Exclusive Franchisee Sales experience will be an added advantage.
