Job Description:

We are Looking for "Female Live-In House Cook/Chef" - Dubai Location.

JOB: Female Live-In House Cook/Chef with some House Keeping Duties
JOB LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
HOURS: Full Time Job working 6 days a week with one day off
WORKING FOR: Couple
SALARY: Dependent on experience
Other: Visa, Boarding & Lodging, Private Medical Insurance, Annual Incentive, Yearly Air Ticket

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1) The Person must have passion for cooking and managing the Kitchen. Must be able to cook
Multiple Cuisines like Western, Mediterranean, International, Indian, Arabic, Lebanese, Other Asian,
Vegetarian.
2) The Person must have very good skills in cooking dough-based products like Bread, Flat breads
like Pita, Arabic Bread, Chapati, etc.
3) The Person must have experience in Baking Cakes, Biscuits and Pastries.
4) The Person will be preparing and cooking a lot of family favourite recipes with high emphasis on
healthy meals.
5) The Person must be able to follow recipes from Books, Internet, online, YouTube and other
sources.
6) Excellent Preparation Skills for slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, mixing
ingredients, marinating, seasoning, verifying taste.
7) Completes Hot meal preparation by grilling, sauteing, roasting, frying, broiling, baking ingredients
and plating meals to a very presentable level.
8) The person must adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, cooking temperature controls and
correct use of equipment and cooking utensils.
9) The person must work in a very neat and tidy manner while preparing, cooking and cleaning at all
times.
10) Maintains high level of cleanliness of kitchen worktops, cooker, oven, and other areas of the
Kitchen at all times.
11) Storing foods correctly, maintains appropriate dating and labelling of stock products expiry
dates.
12) Keeping accurate records of inventories of pantry, kitchen, fridge, and freezer items.
13) Preparing accurate grocery shopping list.
14) Must have experience in cooking for extra visitors, guests, and parties.

Experience Requirements:ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS1) Person must have experience for minimum 3 years as a House Cook or House Chef working for aprivate home. UAE experience will be advantageous.2) Must be able to Speak, Read and Write English at a good level.3) References from previous employers.
