Responsibilities: - Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Client Engagement and Presentation:
- Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce the company's products or services.
- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Qualify leads and assess their suitability as potential clients based on their budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Develop and maintain a sales plan and forecast, including setting sales targets and tracking progress.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress using CRM software.
- Generate regular reports on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Experience Requirements:Proven experience in client acquisition or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience in BPO, Immigration, Travel and Tourism Industry candidates would also be preferred.
Min. 6 years experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition and Sales required.
