Detailed Work Profile

Looking for a self motivated individual who
has comprehensive knowledge about
electricals execution as per drawungs in the
construction industry.
- Develop, implement, and manage MEP
schedules of project in alignment with bar chart
schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
ensure timely execution of electrical engineering
projects.
- Monitor project progress and identify
deviations from schedules, implementing
corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical guidance
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure
adherence to industry standards.
- Review and implement electrical design plans
and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and
internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project
execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that
may arise during project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and
industry best practices.

Contract Duration Full time
Location of Posting Goa, India
Experience required 6 years in a similar role in a similar industry
Salary Budget (Min-Max Range) 3,60,000 p.a. onwards ( depending on

experience)

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills,
Attitude & Behavior)

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a
related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Electrical
Engineer in the similar industry.
- Proficiency in project management software
and tools , understanding and executing drawins
provided in a timely manner
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and
industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
skills.
- Effective communication and leadership
abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
and safety.
- Familiarity with bar chart scheduling
techniques.
-Comprehensive MEP knowledge is a plus
