Job Description:

Urgently Required Service Engineer for Diagnosys Electronics (I) Private limited (Astronics), Bangalore.

Educational requirements : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics &
Communication / Electrical & Electronics

Job location : Ports Blair, India. Posting is in Ports Blair , Andaman & Nicobar.

Initially, candidate would be trained in our Bangalore branch and post training would be deployed in Ports Blair , therefore we prefer to hire a candidate from Ports Blair.

Desired work experience : Minimum 2 years

Immediate joiners ; 5 days a week ; Probation period : 6 months

Responsibilities:

 Respond to service requests in a timely
manner and provide technical support to
customers
 Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and
system issues, providing effective solutions
to restore functionality
 Conduct routine maintenance and
preventive services to ensure optimal
equipment performance and longevity
 Provide on-site training to customers on
equipment operation and maintenance
 Collaborate with other departments to
resolve customer issues and ensure timely
delivery of services
 Document service activities, including
problem diagnosis, repair, and follow-up
actions
 Maintain accurate inventory of service
parts and equipment

circuits
 Understanding of the working of complex
components
 Circuit simulation
 Assembly language and C language
 VXI/LXI/PXI/GPIB instrument
programming
 VHDL language
