Urgently Required Service Engineer for Diagnosys Electronics (I) Private limited (Astronics), Bangalore.
Educational requirements : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics &
Communication / Electrical & Electronics
Job location : Ports Blair, India. Posting is in Ports Blair , Andaman & Nicobar.
Initially, candidate would be trained in our Bangalore branch and post training would be deployed in Ports Blair , therefore we prefer to hire a candidate from Ports Blair.
Desired work experience : Minimum 2 years
Immediate joiners ; 5 days a week ; Probation period : 6 months
Responsibilities:
Respond to service requests in a timely
manner and provide technical support to
customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and
system issues, providing effective solutions
to restore functionality
Conduct routine maintenance and
preventive services to ensure optimal
equipment performance and longevity
Provide on-site training to customers on
equipment operation and maintenance
Collaborate with other departments to
resolve customer issues and ensure timely
delivery of services
Document service activities, including
problem diagnosis, repair, and follow-up
actions
Maintain accurate inventory of service
parts and equipment

Assembly language and C language
VXI/LXI/PXI/GPIB instrument
