Job Summary
Established in 2002, Novex today is a well-renowned name in Media solutions.
Novex is engaged in the business of licensing public performance rights in sound recordings.
Exploitation of sound recordings, which Novex licenses, includes public performance in hotels,
restaurants, lawns, discotheque, resorts, malls and other venues for communication to the
public on a commercial basis of the following music labels: Yash Raj Films, Eros International,
Tips, Think Music, Red Ribbon, Sukhbir, Velvet Vibes..!
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update files, records, and databases accurately and confidentially like
employee records, leave records, attendance records, salary records etc.
Support and coordinate for employee on boarding logistics, and assisting with other
HR documentation.
Process and track expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
Collaborate with Business head and under the guidance of Recruiting Manager to close
all open position requirements.
Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to the most
suitable platforms and options for sourcing relevant profiles.
Maintain confidentiality of the department information
Using clear and professional language, answering calls and writing emails using
appropriate etiquette.
Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, presentations.
Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities.
Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews checking the
availability with Head HR and respective Department/Business Head.
Coordinating with external recruitment agencies for closing positions on time.
Research and identify the most suitable platforms or portals for sourcing relevant
profiles.
Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity
Track reimbursements and knowledge of Payroll activities and ESI & PF
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant
software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and
collaboratively.
Proactive mind-set with a problem-solving approach.

Minimum 1 Year - Maximum 2 Years
Education Requirement
Graduate with HR Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources will be preferred
