• Should know the development of footwear and knowledge of material required
• Well-versed with knowledge of product, quality and designing specification
• Should know the vendors and market for better execution of work
• Knowledge of designing software, MS office is must

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved in R&D of product life cycle from raw till finished product with quality specified by the company
• Look after all product development activity, material sourcing, material inspection
• Coordinate with factory, designing team and production team
• Identify potential factories for inspect the production capacity and compliance for order.
• Travel to various vendor locations for inspections and insure production of quality products
• Making final report and submit to the management.

Experience Requirements:Minimum 5 Years of Experience in development of footwear and knowledge of the material required
