- Extensive experience in end to end recruitment cycle like Source, evaluate, qualify, submit and follow up to candidate deployment.
- Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition/description for required competencies, skills, the knowledge required of successful applicants from the delivery consultant.
- Should have experience of consultancy hiring.
- Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions.
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members.
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
- Having used social media and recruiting tools to source technology resources.
- Technically screening profiles according to the job specifications, Interview Scheduling and follow - ups.
- Track record of success locating, identifying and closing top candidate talent.
