Responsibilities:

The core ecommerce platform is based on the MS web stack.

Technologies used in the platform include: SQL Server, Entity Framework, MongoDB, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, Telerik KendoUI, JSON, XMLCore

Web pages are rendered using a combination of XML and XSLT, DotLiquid and Handlebars.

Back-office applications are written in C#. Source code is managed using GitLab and is deployed to the Google Cloud Platform.

The scale of the platform and diversity of technology it uses presents a steep learning curve. Therefore, you will work in partnership with a single UK developer, typically implementing a feature request or enhancement. Strong forensic skills will be required to integrate new code into the existing codebase.

Experience Requirements:Generally, the skills required will be based on 5 – 15 years development experience
