Job Description:

Job Profile - Service Advisor
1.Service Advisor will lead team of Five / Six persons as required as per business volume. Two
Technicians, One / Two Helpers, One Admin Assistant & One Driver (if required).
2.He has to interact with customers, understand vehicle complaints and repairs required.
Accordingly explain and convince customer about jobs to be carried out, Spare, Lubes to be
replaced and prepare estimate.
3.He will be responsible for scheduling and assigning the jobs to technicians, getting the same
done in time with quality.
4.With the help of Admin Assistant he will prepare Job Cards, Maintaining Inventory, Generate
Invoices, Procure Spare parts and all other spot requirements.
5.In short he will be sole In-charge and responsible for all operations pertaining at MSV (Mobile
Service Van).
