Position: Field Scientist

Job Description
• Onboarding new farms for a range of Fruits and Veggies
• Managing Crop Cycles, Input Supplies and Output sales from the farms.
• Create SOPs for new crops in soil less and soil-based cultivation
• Maintaining Accountability Metrics on SOPs created by the company specific to location, crop
and farm type
Desired Profile:
• Should have strong Passion for plants, food and well-being of the society.
• Should have good knowledge on Soil based agriculture, inputs etc.
• Should have knowledge on soil less agriculture.
• Must be well known with seed companies.
• Should be willing to travel

• Highly driven
• Presentation Skills
• Ready to work under pressure.
