Job Description:
1. Plan weekly menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and sweets according to family’s needs and diet restrictions.
2. Cooks and serves to the family and its guests meals from Arabic Cuisine and other international cuisines (I.e. Indian, Iranian Japanese, Mexican, etc) including healthy meals and snacks.
3. Create and explore new healthy food recipes and turn foods from international cuisines into healthy ones by following the healthy food guidelines that will be shared by the family upon joining.
4. Preparing meals in the family’s kitchen in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
5. Shop for food and kitchen supplies and all needed ingredients for daily meals preparation.
6. Inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality and healthy in accordance with the guidelines shared by the Family.
7. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparations.
8. Baking all kinds of KETO breads, pastries, Crackers, and Sweets.
9. Stocking, organizing, and cleaning kitchen and cooking utensils at all times.
10. Appropriately packaging and labelling prepared meals to be consumed on other days.
11. Prevents Food Wastage.
12. Maintaining the tidiness of the Kitchen and learning and exploring all Kitchen organization methods and applying them.
13. Following all guidelines by the family that will be shared upon joining about all the Meals prepared and Foods cooked.
14. Any other duties assigned by the family.
