We are looking Business developement Manager for USA location.

Position based on Remote work.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
MBA preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in primary research consulting and/or business development
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Use personal networking in the research consultancy ecosystem to expand existing client base and
    identify new opportunities
  • Turn warm leads provided by the pre-sales staff into new client relationships
    Maintain a high repeat business ratio among new and existing clients by ensuring Mindforce Research’s
    inclusion in requests for bids.
  • Client Management
    Provide pre-sales support by responding to client inquiries on feasibility and options to meet their
    specifications
    Be consultative with clients in determining the methodological options to best meet their needs and the
    needs of their end-client when appropriate
    Provide proposals developed by the central RFP group. Edit proposals as needed
    Lead kick-off sessions on projects with the client team and the assigned internal project management
    team, ensuring expectations are clear and timeframes are agreed upon
    Monitor on-going communications between the project team and the client to ensure the project is
    proceeding as planned and coordinate any necessary adjustments in an efficient manner.

Experience Requirements:This position reports to the Executive Vice President of Global Strategy and Business Development inScottsdale, AZ East coast location preferred (Boston, New York, Washington DC, etc.) for this positionExperience Experience selling quantitative and qualitative primary research into research consultancies and largeenterprises with proprietary, in-house research analysts Understanding of primary research methodologies Understanding of research quality control processes B2B and B2C research experience Experience managing primary research projects and/or on-going client relationships Experience consulting with research analysts and operations managers at all management levels Demonstrated ability to grow bespoke project revenues organically as well as from new businessdevelopment relationships
