Recruitment:
Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Conducting/scheduling interviews with next in line managers, checking references and credit
Follow up with candidates & associates and assist the candidates’ transition and on boarding
Network and build long-lasting relationships
Handle all related documentation before and after joining
Close the vacant positions in allocated TAT at regular intervals
HR Generalist Activities:
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
Promote a positive and open work environment, aligned to organization’s vision, culture and HR department, where team members feel comfortable in working and cherish a positive work life balance
Participate / contribute in ongoing initiatives by the HR department to enforce coherent ambiance
Handle salary and payroll of all locations
Exit process and documentation
Software records and data management
