Job Description: Junior Technical Consultant to understand customer requirements, prepare detailed requirement to be shared with R&D; provide interface between Customer and R&D, to prepare test cards/products, lead and support onsite testing, analyse, and solve the technical issues with existing products (Smartcard/POS/PKI Tokens etc.) and arrange it for production accordingly.
Key Responsibility:
- Understand customer requirements to prepare customer requirement document to be shared with R&D and internal team.
- To Prepare test cards/products, lead, and support onsite testing if required.
- Trouble shooting/Problem -Error identification
- Analyse and solve the technical issues by suggesting solutions if required with help from R&D.
- To regularly follow-up with customer and R&D to close the technical requirements/issues reported within the shortest possible time.
- To develop good relationship with customer technical team, to remain updated on the upcoming customer requirement and to prepare in advance.
- Consistent emphasis on improving both product based and subject knowledge. Accordingly conduct training on various domain-based technologies.
- Proper technical understanding on the products offered by the company. Give Demo to different customers on the products if required.
