Job Description
We’re looking for an individual who will be responsible for Sales and Operational aspects, Customer
Service, Administration and Performance levels to achieve the Branch’s Business goals.An individual
will get a chance to work on a large scale and in a fast-paced business environment where they’ll get a
lot of opportunities to learn new skills and explore.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• To refer to the Budget shared for all destinations mentioned & offices under your purview.
• Need to do evaluation of Training needs of all counsellors and share Training request with HOO
on monthly basis to design the calendar and execute the same as per defined calendar.
• To make all efforts to improve productivity of all staff members including Counsellors,
Application Support Staff, Front Office, and Marketing Team
• Setup a Weekly evaluation process for all Direct Reportees which reviews their performance on
key parameters to improve contribution/Conversion %age
• To review all key processes primarily which impact Student Service on a regular basis.
• To ensure all counselling staff members have adequate knowhow of the Application Process, Visa
Process for their respective destinations.
• Take initiatives towards improving processes which have a 'Service Impact' on the students. Few
Examples Improve average 1st Call time etc, Application case file check prior submission to avoid
delays in Offer.
• Ensure 100% Compliance on Salesforce for all Student Pipeline Management and zero
dependency of Counsellors on Excel
• Setup Checks & Measures to ensure no Fraudulent Documents are submitted to Institutions
• To work actively alongside the Marketing team and put together plans which help achieve
increase brand awareness and support student walk-ins to the office
• To define and review outcomes of the Marketing & Outreach plans on a Monthly Basis with the
Marketing team members
• Prepare and Implement Activity Calendars with minimum 2 events in a month which target to
bring in students to the office through seminars, admissions days etc
• Management of Big Events/Inhouse Events with Client Participation and improve conversion
outcomes from the Event to Applicants and improve Client Visits to office through planned
promotion initiatives
• Lead by demonstration-To help team to deliver seminars in Institutes and further build their
capability to handle big groups.
• To identify top 3 areas of self-development and take initiatives to build capability which will
facilitate ability to manage greater complexity and business growth in the coming year
• To share Learnings from Client visit and Feedback by the clients in the format after every visit
