Job Description:

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join the Salasar Cyber Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and in this role, you will be responsible for hiring roles across our technical, sales, and business services divisions. • Source active and passive candidates from LinkedIn, database, employee referrals, and through networking and research

• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally

• Actively manage the full cycle recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Drafting and posting job descriptions.

• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms

• Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees

• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

• Developing own network of suitable candidates.

• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

• Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies.

• Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and
professional publications
