Job Description:
The ‘Regional Manager SE Service India’ is responsible for the development of business through sales and marketing initiatives within the Separation division, in order to achieve revenue and continued, sustainable growth in line with the overall Andritz business strategy.
The position is responsible for developing and executing a Service Sales strategy for the team, to ensure all sales, account management, business development, and administration tasks are undertaken professionally by all team members.
Whilst the purpose of the position is to predominantly monitor, identify and obtain orders for the division in Service, where possible the incumbent should also, as much as possible, explore opportunities for Capital equipment sales.
Experience:
Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering background
Working knowledge of machinery and processes in a Separation production environment
Successful experience in Sales in a comparable Heavy Industrial industry i.e. Food, Environmental, Chemical and Mining.
Demonstrable sales experience at all levels in a business-to-business situation
Proven experience working to performance and achievement of KPIs
Well-developed team management capability
Ability to influence, manage and lead change and continuous improvement
Technical competencies and skillset:
Strong leadership and example setting doctrine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong skills in MS Office platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise in order to achieve outcomes
Knowledge of CRM and SAP
The ability to work effectively both autonomously and as a team player
Refined presentation and reporting abilities
