Detailed Work Profile

Production Technical management of Hygiene machines along with troubleshooting when ever needed.

Team management of nearly 75-100 technical persons.

Lead team for Preventive, planned and breakdown maintanence of machines.

Implement variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce

or eliminate non value added activities from line & reduces operation losses.

Documentation of production and maintenance records as per ISO System.

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior):

Preferably having hands-on experience, technical knowhow in diaper manufacturing machine & other machines in Hygiene Industry
