• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Manager to join our team. As a Franchise
• Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and operations of franchise
• outlets within our recruitment consultancy network. You will play a key role in driving business
• growth by identifying potential franchise partners, supporting them in setting up their operations,
• and ensuring that they adhere to the company's standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will
• have a strong background in franchising, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building
• successful partnerships.
• Responsibilities:
• ï‚· Identify potential franchise partners and conduct thorough assessments to ensure alignment
• with the company's values and standards.
• ï‚· Assist franchise partners in setting up their operations, including site selection, training, and
• initial launch activities.
• ï‚· Provide ongoing support to franchise partners, including guidance on business operations,
• marketing strategies, and customer service.
• ï‚· Monitor the performance of franchise outlets and implement strategies to maximize their
• profitability and success.
• ï‚· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all
• franchise outlets.
• ï‚· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement franchise expansion plans and
• initiatives.
• ï‚· Act as a liaison between franchise partners and the company, addressing any issues or
• concerns that may arise.
• ï‚· Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for
• franchise growth.
