Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Development of eNewsletters, promotion / incentive flyers, brochures, social media postings
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Preparation of brand materials for events and incentives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Coordination and communication with global and regional marketing subsidiaries for the adaptation and translation of communication materials (digital & print)
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as emerging trends and opportunities
- Analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Planning and execution of company-run events (online & offline) and incentive trips, also including overseas travel to support the execution of such incentive trips ‘on the ground’
- Manage, mentor and provide guidance to the marketing team
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and strategy development
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to senior executives and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in Health or Pharmaceutical background highly preferred
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing
