• As an IT Recruiter you will be managing end to end recruitment and are required to have technology knowledge and knowlege of technical roles and skills
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Should be able to parse specialised skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Build resume data base by sourcing candidates on niche platforms
• Coordinate with hiring manager to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Source,Track and Report Candidate through the recruitment cycle

Responsibilities:

As an IT Recruiter, the role and responsibilities will be:

• Managing End to end recruitment
• Sourcing candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal database job boards , employee referrals head hunting ,networking
• Providing innovative sourcing strategies and executing the hiring process
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create a detailed target candidate profile
• Develop and update job description and specification
• Candidate management-candidate pipeline, widening sourcing funnel, exploring low cost sourcing channels
• Building and nurturing influential Candidates and client relationship for future .
• Conducting interviews using various recruitment tools to filter candidates within the schedule, assessing applicants relevant knowledge, aptitude and experience
• Meeting hiring targets as specified by Company

Experience Requirements:Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in recruitment Consultancy or with a recruitment agency background
