Key Responsibilities
Credit Assessment:

Determine the creditworthiness and financial stability of potential clients.

accurate.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an NBFC or financial institution.
Proven experience in credit assessment, loan processing, and compliance.
Experience in recovery and managing NPAs is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
