Conduct comprehensive sales consulta!ons, providing detailed insights into our offerings, and
addressing client inquiries professionally.
Maintain me!culous and up-to-date records of sales ac!vi!es, including leads, prospects, and
conversions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, ac!vely contribu!ng to the overall revenue growth of the
organiza!on.
Con!nuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to deliver

Cul!vate and nurture client rela!onships, fostering long-term loyalty through personalized

Ac!vely listen to client feedback, promptly address concerns, and provide valuable insights to the
management team for ongoing improvement.
Maintain accurate client records and databases, demonstra!ng me!culous a&en!on to detail and

Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to ensure smooth opera!ons and consistently

STUDIO OPERATIONS:
Work closely with the studio team to maintain an invi!ng and impeccably organized environment for
clients.
Assist in essen!al administra!ve tasks such as class check-ins, membership renewals, and seamless
processing of payments.
Uphold Physique 57 India's stringent cleanliness standards, ensuring the studio maintains an
impeccable appearance at all !mes.
Support the successful implementa!on of promo!onal ac!vi!es and events, fostering client
engagement and enhancing reten!on.
Experience Requirements:Excep!onal customer service orienta!on, demonstra!ng a genuine passion for surpassing client expecta!ons. Keen a&en!on to detail, along with excep!onal organiza!onal and mul!tasking abili!es. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at adap!ng to changing priori!es. Proficiency in u!lizing computer systems, databases, and customer rela!onship management (CRM) so ware. Flexible availability to accommodate evening shi s, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
