Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Listen to customer requirements and present products and services appropriately to make a sale.
 - Presentation Skills: Create and deliver formal PowerPoint presentations using visual aids to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
 - Documentation and Quotations: Expertly use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel to create detailed quotations and proposals, often as part of a formal bidding process.
 - Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails. Act as a primary contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
 - Inquiry Response: Respond promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
 - Negotiation: Negotiate terms of agreements, including prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers. Handle objections effectively to achieve sales closure.
 - Market Intelligence: Gather market and customer information to inform sales strategies and negotiations. Advise customers on upcoming product developments and special promotions.
 - Sales Documentation: Record sales and order information, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the sales system.
 - Performance Review: Regularly review sales performance to meet or exceed set targets. Maintain a thorough understanding of customer businesses and requirements.
 - Cost Calculations: Provide accurate and rapid cost calculations to customers, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
 - Database Management: Ensure that the client database is up-to-date and accurately reflects current and potential customer information.
 - Sales Pipeline Management: Prepare and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline document detailing projects in progress and future opportunities.
 - Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
 - Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and other relevant software.
 - Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
 - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
 - Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
 - Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
 - Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
