Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
 - Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and making adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
 
Product Development Support
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new product launches align with brand identity and meet consumer demands.
 - Offer guidance on product design, packaging, and pricing to ensure consistency with the brand.
 
Sales Support
- Partner with the sales team to develop sales materials that align with brand initiatives.
 - Provide training and support to the sales team on brand guidelines, product knowledge, and brand positioning.
 
Budget Management
- Develop and oversee the brand marketing budget to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
 - Track expenditures and ROI to maximize the efficiency of marketing investments.
 
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of brand campaigns and initiatives.
 - Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy and broader business objectives.
 
Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics such as market share, brand equity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
 - Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles. Experience in FMCG is a plus.
 - Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
