Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
 - Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between management and employees.
 - HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
 - Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
 - Payroll & Attendance: Oversee employee attendance records, leave management, and assist in payroll processing.
 - Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, employee welfare programs, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
 - Training & Development: Identify training needs and assist in coordinating professional development programs for employees.
 - HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, such as recruitment progress, employee turnover, and performance evaluations.
 
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations.
 - Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
 
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
 - 1.5 - 2 years of experience in HR roles.
 - Knowledge of HR software and tools is an advantage.
