II. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science, or a relevant field.
 - PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
 - Proven experience as a construction project manager.
 - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
 - Familiarity with quality and health/safety standards in construction.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and construction project management software.
 - Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
 - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with vendors.
