Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote and sell concrete batching plants, small concrete mix plants, and other construction equipment.
 - Sales Growth: Identify new markets, target customers, and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement campaigns to generate sales leads.
 - Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising efforts across digital, print, and event platforms.
 - Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales and suggest adjustments to product offerings or marketing approaches.
 - Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and conduct client visits and product demonstrations.
 - Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and promotional videos.
 - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, product development, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
 - Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring positive ROI on all campaigns.
 - Brand Development: Focus on increasing brand visibility both domestically and internationally.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Experience: 4-6 years of marketing or sales experience in the construction machinery sector (preferably in concrete machinery or related equipment).
 - Skills:
- In-depth understanding of construction machinery, particularly concrete batching plants and small concrete mix plants.
 - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
 - Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
 - Knowledge of both domestic and international construction equipment markets.
