Experience Required:
4-5+ years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or business administration
Expertise in managing logistics operations, inventory, and shipment coordination
Experience with Zoho ERP software and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Post-graduation in a relevant field is preferred
Role Summary: The Logistics Manager will oversee the company’s logistical operations, ensuring efficient, smooth, and timely management of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, optimizing transportation, and handling all required shipment documentation. The role will also support various administrative and ad-hoc tasks to ensure overall business efficiency.

Coordinate and manage daily logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to optimize inventory and supply chain operations.
Oversee and document incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
Monitor and optimize transportation routes, costs, and performance metrics.
Utilize Zoho ERP and Microsoft Office to manage logistics data, reporting, and inventory control.
Support administrative tasks as required to facilitate business operations.
