Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Export Structured Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Structuring & Documentation:

   • Prepare company profiles, investment memorandums, teasers, and financial models as required by banks and financial institutions.
   • Support the preparation of project documents and relevant information for lender submissions.
   • Assist senior management in creating presentations for meetings with potential lenders.

2. Syndication & Negotiation:

   • Identify and engage in preliminary discussions with banks and institutions for facility syndication.
   • Negotiate key terms of transactions, assisting in finalizing the Term Sheet.
   • Aid in the disbursement process by coordinating with lenders and stakeholders.

3. Relationship Management:

   • Establish and manage relationships with existing and potential banking/financing partners across different geographies.
   • Collaborate with clients and maintain strong interactions throughout all stages of transactions.
   • Develop new relationships to expand the company’s network with banks and financial institutions.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial advisory, debt syndication, and preparation of financial models.
• Strong people skills, networking capabilities, and client management experience.
• Solid understanding of credit, corporate finance, and global market trends.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant professional qualification.
