We are seeking self-driven sales professionals with a proven track record in enterprise software sales. The role involves contacting, qualifying, and acquiring new business while maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should excel in consultative sales, effectively communicate value propositions to leadership teams, and achieve sales revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed defined sales goals and objectives.
Build, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline.
Effectively communicate the value of enterprise software solutions to key stakeholders, including C-level IT leadership.
Develop and manage relationships with existing accounts to expand the company’s footprint.
Lead efforts to upsell enterprise software licenses and related services.
Prepare and present customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
Negotiate and close deals in alignment with quarterly targets.
Utilize consultative skills and technical knowledge to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.
Design and execute sales campaigns to enhance the sales funnel.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
2.5 to 7 years of sales experience in the software services industry.
Experience in selling Enterprise Software such as BPM, RPA, ERP, BI, CRM, or Supply Chain Management solutions.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce and PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to overcome challenges and advance the sales cycle for timely closure.
