Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
 
 - Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and resolve grievances in a timely manner.
 - Foster a positive and productive work environment.
 
 - Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
 - Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
 
 - Performance Management:
- Support managers in performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.
 
 - HR Policies Implementation:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
 
 - Training & Development:
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills.
 
 - Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate payroll and ensure timely processing of salaries.
 - Manage employee benefits programs effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate in any field (Post-graduation in HR preferred).
 - Specialization: HR-related courses or certifications (preferred).
 - Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR administration or a similar role.
 - Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Oriya.
 
Salary Range:
₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month
