Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary qualification.
- Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in Japanese cuisine.
- Special Requirements: No invalidity or handicap (work permit requirement).

- Technical Skills: Mastery in Sushi, Teppanyaki, and other Japanese culinary techniques.
