Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries, test drives, and vehicle selection.
 - Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
 - Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
 
Service Coordination:
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
 - Communicate service recommendations, estimates, and updates to customers clearly and courteously.
 - Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
 
Customer Feedback and Surveys:
- Collect customer feedback on dealership/service experiences.
 - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify improvement areas and measure satisfaction levels.
 - Analyze survey results and collaborate with management to implement enhancements based on customer insights.
 
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
 - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and preferences for personalized future interactions.
 - Engage customers proactively on special occasions, such as birthdays or vehicle anniversaries, to strengthen relationships.
 
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
 - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
 - Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role, preferably in the automobile industry (2 to 6 years).
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
 - Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
 - Enthusiasm for automobiles and a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
 
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: ₹3,60,000 - ₹4,80,000 LPA.
 - Monthly salary increment based on performance.
 - Incentives.
 
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
 - Sunday: Fixed off.
