Bartender / Boy

Age Range: 40 to 50 years

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bartender / Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and well-stocked.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Ensure a high level of customer service, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and surfaces.
• Keep track of inventory and inform the management about the stock levels.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately, ensuring all orders are processed correctly.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and special requests.
• Follow health and safety standards for food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with the required materials and supplies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Knowledge of basic bar equipment and safety protocols.

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
• Ability to engage with customers and create a positive experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food and beverage service.
