Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
- Ensure a high level of customer service, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and surfaces.
- Keep track of inventory and inform the management about the stock levels.
- Handle cash and transactions accurately, ensuring all orders are processed correctly.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and special requests.
- Follow health and safety standards for food and beverage preparation.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with the required materials and supplies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
