Job Description
Academic Leadership:
- Implement and align pre-primary curriculum frameworks, adapting to international and national standards.
 - Monitor and evaluate academic performance to ensure quality education.
 - Design and oversee a structured curriculum for children aged 6 months to 12 years.
 
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-primary staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
 - Supervise daily operations to ensure seamless functioning of the center.
 - Organize events, activities, and workshops for students and staff.
 
Student Well-being:
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
 - Implement and monitor student welfare and behavioral management policies.
 - Promote holistic development for all students.
 
Parental Engagement:
- Maintain strong communication with parents through updates, meetings, and workshops.
 - Foster partnerships with parents to enhance educational outcomes.
 - Organize and coordinate parent-teacher associations.
 
Staff Development:
- Provide professional development opportunities through coaching and mentoring.
 - Conduct staff evaluations and foster an environment of growth and collaboration.
 - Promote teacher well-being and job satisfaction.
 
Other Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage budgets effectively.
 - Maintain the center's infrastructure and resources.
 - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
 
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
 - Certification in early childhood education (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
 - Strong knowledge of pre-primary curriculum and pedagogy.
 - Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge) is preferred.
 - Familiarity with educational technology tools and practices.
