Key Responsibilities:
- Process Design and Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize production processes for reactors, crystallizers, dryers, centrifuges, sievers, and automatic packing machines to maximize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
 - Process Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with equipment, processes, and systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production operations.
 - GMP Implementation: Ensure compliance with GMP systems and practices throughout the production process, ensuring high product quality and safety standards.
 - Process Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment manuals, and safety protocols.
 - Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
 - Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, quality control, and production) to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
 - Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production processes, incorporating lean manufacturing principles, and other relevant methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
 - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production/process engineering within petrochemical, fine chemicals, food ingredients, or pharmaceutical industries.
 - Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various production equipment such as reactors, crystallizers, dryers, centrifuges, sievers, and automatic packing machines.
 - Expertise in the implementation and monitoring of GMP systems.
 - Hands-on experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
 
 - Software Proficiency: Familiarity with process simulation software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
 - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvements.
 
 
Preferred:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in GMP, safety, or process management are a plus.
 - Industry Experience: Experience in food ingredients or pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desirable.
