Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Management:

   • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and development.
   • Maintain discipline while fostering creativity and curiosity among students.

2. Curriculum Planning and Execution:

   • Develop and implement lesson plans based on the Montessori method and age-appropriate learning goals.
   • Ensure a balance of academic, social, and emotional development activities.
   • Integrate storytelling, games, and creative activities into daily lessons.

3. Student Development:

   • Monitor and document the progress of each child, providing individualized support as needed.
   • Promote the physical, cognitive, and emotional growth of students.
   • Encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication among students.

4. Parent Communication:

   • Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns.
   • Provide suggestions for home-based activities to reinforce classroom learning.

5. Classroom Maintenance:

   • Arrange and maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
   • Ensure all teaching materials and equipment are used and stored appropriately.

6. Professional Development:

   • Stay updated with the latest teaching practices and Montessori techniques.
   • Participate in workshops, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any subject (completed in regular mode).
• Montessori Training: Certified Montessori training (completed in regular mode).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience teaching kindergarten students.
• Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young children.

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: Approximately INR 85,000/-a
