Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.
 - Lead high-impact marketing initiatives across branding, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
 
Market Insights and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor movements.
 - Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and develop market-leading campaigns.
 
Brand Management:
- Strengthen the company’s brand equity in local and international markets.
 - Oversee the design and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
 
Digital Transformation:
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms to optimize marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
 - Leverage digital payment services, apps, and online platforms for integrated marketing efforts.
 
Team Leadership:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
 - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
 
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
 - Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media agencies, and industry stakeholders.
 
Performance Management:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications and Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
 - Proven track record in multinational or top-tier organizations in Telecoms (e.g., Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone), Oil & Gas (e.g., Total, Shell, Chevron), Digital Payments (e.g., Paytm, Vodafone Mpesa), or FMCG (e.g., Coca-Cola, Unilever, Nestle).
 
Education:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Strategic Marketing are a plus.
 
Age:
- Preferably between 45 and 58 years, though exceptional candidates above 58 will be considered.
 
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
