Key Responsibilities:
- Team Recruitment & Management: Build and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Managers to drive business growth.
 - POSP Recruitment: Recruit and onboard Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) to generate business in General Insurance.
 - Sales Monitoring: Oversee and follow processes to achieve consistent sales targets through team efforts.
 - Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are met.
 - Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
 - Training & Motivation: Train and motivate POSPs and team members to achieve their business goals.
 - Product Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to effectively drive sales.
 
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Industry Background: Must have experience in General Insurance, particularly Motor Insurance sales.
 - Agency Channel Expertise: Proven experience in managing sales through the Agency Channel.
 - Team Handling: Prior experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
 - Portfolio Management: Experience handling a portfolio of 10–100 crore premiums per month.
