We are seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Manager/Cluster Head/State Head/Area Manager/Branch Manager to lead our operations in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab. The role focuses on driving Motor Insurance sales through the Agency Channel (POSP Model).

Key Responsibilities:
Team Recruitment & Management: Build and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Managers to drive business growth.
POSP Recruitment: Recruit and onboard Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) to generate business in General Insurance.
Sales Monitoring: Oversee and follow processes to achieve consistent sales targets through team efforts.
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are met.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Training & Motivation: Train and motivate POSPs and team members to achieve their business goals.
Product Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to effectively drive sales.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Industry Background: Must have experience in General Insurance, particularly Motor Insurance sales.
Agency Channel Expertise: Proven experience in managing sales through the Agency Channel.
Team Handling: Prior experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
Portfolio Management: Experience handling a portfolio of 10–100 crore premiums per month.
