Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
• Maintain a conducive and engaging classroom environment to foster learning.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide tailored teaching strategies.
• Monitor student behavior and implement discipline measures as required.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support students' overall development.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of students’ performance and attendance.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in [mention language proficiency, e.g., English and Hindi].
  • Classroom management and student engagement techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technologies.
