Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Prepare and implement age-appropriate Montessori lesson plans while integrating other relevant learning activities.
 - Student Development: Observe and assess children's growth, identify individual needs, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
 - Parent Communication: Engage regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and provide guidance on home learning support.
 - Classroom Management: Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment that aligns with Montessori principles.
 - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other key data.
 - Collaboration: Work with colleagues and leadership to uphold the Montessori philosophy and the school's values.
 
Experience Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years; maximum of 15 years in Montessori teaching (Freshers are not preferred).
 
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass with relevant Montessori teaching experience.
 - Special Certification: Montessori Pre-Primary Teacher Training Certification from AMI or IMTC is preferred.

Communication Skills
- Fluent in English.
 - Proficiency in Telugu or any other local Indian language is desirable.
