We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori-trained Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at the newly established Prakruthi School. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in shaping the school's culture and fostering a nurturing environment for young learners.

• Curriculum Development: Prepare and implement age-appropriate Montessori lesson plans while integrating other relevant learning activities.
• Student Development: Observe and assess children's growth, identify individual needs, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Parent Communication: Engage regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and provide guidance on home learning support.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment that aligns with Montessori principles.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other key data.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues and leadership to uphold the Montessori philosophy and the school's values.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years; maximum of 15 years in Montessori teaching (Freshers are not preferred).

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass with relevant Montessori teaching experience.
• Special Certification: Montessori Pre-Primary Teacher Training Certification from AMI or IMTC is preferred.

• Love for children and a child-centric approach.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn and evolve.
• Patience and adaptability in dynamic classroom settings.

• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Telugu or any other local Indian language is desirable.

• Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Effective documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with parents and team members.

• Salary Range: ₹30,000 per month.
