Key Responsibilities:Outbound Prospecting

- Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and compatibility with our products/services.
- Qualify leads based on pre-established criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule high-quality appointments, demos, or meetings with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the lead qualification process.
- Leverage relationship-building skills to drive meaningful connections.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and refine messaging.

Qualifications:Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 1-3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, with telemarketing, inside sales, or direct sales experience being an advantage.
