Civil Foreman
- Adhere to and enforce QHSE policies and procedures, including compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45000).
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure the execution aligns with their specifications.
- Lead and manage a team of civil maintenance technicians, laborers, and contractors.
- Possess basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and material estimation for assigned tasks.
- Assign tasks in consultation with the Civil Engineer, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance to technicians to ensure work quality meets client expectations.
- Conduct inspections to verify the quality of repairs and construction work before handover.
- Prepare and deliver toolbox talks (TBT) and assist in the preparation of safety documents. Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures before commencing work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage, and report them to the Civil Engineer or Project Coordinator.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings provided by the Civil Engineer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and support the team where necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid Trade Test Certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputed organization. Middle East experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of civil facilities maintenance and building structures.

The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of a team performing civil maintenance tasks on facilities, buildings, and infrastructure. This role ensures that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and specifications.
