Supervise the Room Boys' performance and provide guidance.
Organize and facilitate the room cleaning process.
Allocate rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members on a daily basis.
Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas.
Inspect occupied and departure rooms, paying special attention to guest needs.
Ensure all operations follow established standards.
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to meet GCCS standards.
Address guest queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
Follow lost and found procedures.
Report maintenance issues to the respective department.
Assist the Housekeeping Manager with training requirements.
Share team needs with management and assist other departments as necessary.
Comply with Health and Safety measures, including the Code of Accident Prevention.
Ensure safe work practices are followed and address unsafe acts promptly.
Conduct stock inventories to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Investigate complaints related to housekeeping, laundry service, and equipment, taking corrective actions.
Perform other duties as directed by the management.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Diploma in Hospitality, preferably specializing in Housekeeping.
3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a 4-5 star environment or Remote Site Life Support Services.
Computer literate and fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
