Kitchen Equipment Technician / Electrician / Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to client contractual QHSE obligations, as well as PSGS’s QHSE policies and procedures.
• Maintain ISO Management Documentation System standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and ISO 45000).
• Demonstrate technical and professional knowledge in relevant areas, staying updated on current developments and trends.
• Prioritize safe work practices and immediately report any unsafe acts to the maintenance manager.
• Have in-depth knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Follow daily instructions provided by the maintenance manager or supervisor.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide assistance when needed.
• Request and manage spare parts requisitions as directed by the reporting manager.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to the reporting manager.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment as per the established schedule.
• Modify electrical circuits, including high and low voltage panel board control systems.
• Install industrial electrical wiring, cabling, and joints.
• Use spare parts efficiently, as required.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and the work area.
• Submit equipment service reports and documentation to the reporting manager.
• Carry out any other duties as directed.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Current Accredited Trade Test Certification.
• Appliance Technician (Industrial – Electrical) Diploma with 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, or 5-7 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including equipment maintenance logs, maintenance reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
