Ensure compliance with ISO Management Documentation System and standards for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, & ISO 45000.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and project teams to arrange inbound and outbound shipments.
Track and trace trucks, and report any delays or issues to the appropriate departments.
Book delivery appointments in line with material requirements and ensure paperwork accuracy.
Provide carriers with all necessary documentation to comply with local law.
Coordinate loading and unloading of inbound and outbound products with the warehouse team.
Organize, sort, and file records in an accurate and neat manner, including material requests and good receipt notes.
Report mismatched dispatch summaries and items.
Review delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Provide updates on delivery status and maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Maintain procurement tracking management system and update records in the warehouse management system as per company standards.
Perform other related tasks as required.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an added value).
Good knowledge of computer systems and procurement software packages.
Physical Requirements:
Standard physical requirements related to office-based work, including the ability to sit for extended periods, use computers, and handle administrative tasks.
